Who are the militant Fedra?

In the first episode of the The Last of Usseries we get to know Fedra who want to fill the power vacuum after the collapse. The organization tries to keep order and to protect the population from the infected.

But the alleged law enforcement officers soon show their true colors.

Antagonistic military faction

Behind the cloak of law and virtue hides a tough-as-nails regime that exercises control over the isolated quarantine zones. Civil Protection Fedra (Federal Disaster Response Administration) was launched to the Cordyceps infection to get hold of.

After the collapse they have them assumed the role of the military and martial law was declared. In their function, they also have the US government replaced. And yes, there is always a problem when legislation and enforcement are exercised by the same party. Fedra rules in the quarantine zones, similar to one brutal police state.

She do not shy away from using violence and will stop at nothing for their purposes. They provide one in addition to the infected Danger for Joel, Ellie and Tessie even if their motives are more complicated.

Unequal rights for all

Fedra manages the res and weapons the last survivors. They go not very fair ahead of the distribution and keep some valuable res, especially weapons, for themselves.

Many quarantine residents aren’t big fans of Fedra, but don’t dare to rebel fear of the consequences. One of Fedra’s main opponents are the Fireflieswhich rebel against the regime.

Joel and Ellie also keep having problems with Fedra. By the way, the name of the organization became inspired by a real organization. The FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency), which was also created in America for particularly disastrous emergencies.

Tears of the Kingdom could be Nintendo’s first $70 game ✔️ WM【 2023 】

It has been expected for some time that some of the biggest games on the market will cost $70. Sony didn’t start the trend of charging more for games, but it has normalized the practice to the point where games like Forspoken cost a little more than they used to. Xbox announced in late 2022 that it would join Sony in charging $70 for its biggest games going forward, and it looks like Nintendo is now following suit.

First spotted by Wario64 on Twitter, the Nintendo eShop page for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom very briefly lists the game for $69.99, suggesting that Nintendo is matching the prices of its biggest titles with Sony and Microsoft will increase. The pricing has been obscured again in favor of a “Releasing 2023” notice, but not before many people managed to snap screenshots just in time.

While it’s possible that this is a pricing error, a similar $10 price increase on the game’s Canadian eShop page makes an intentional price increase more likely. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will likely show up at tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct, so it’s possible that the price was accidentally revealed a bit earlier than the official reveal.

As Wario mentioned, retailers are still taking pre-orders at the standard price of $59.99 and will likely maintain that price should Nintendo announce a price increase. If you plan to travel Hyrule again later this year, be sure to pre-order now to get your original price. We’ll likely find out after the show whether this price hike is legit or not, but given current trends in the industry, it seems likely, and people will be more than happy to spend a little more cash on a game as high-profile as Zelda .

WhatsApp: How many messages have I sent?

WhatsApp: How many messages have I sent?

WhatsApp: How many messages have I sent?

How many messages have you already sent via WhatsApp? And how many did you receive? You can easily check this in the settings. We explain how it’s done.

WhatsApp counts every single message that is received and sent via Messenger. Every user can see in the settings how active he has been on WhatsApp so far. What are your stats? Do you write more WhatsApp messages than you receive? And how many messages have your friends sent so far? The numbers are usually very different, as we found out in our editorial team, which is why comparisons with friends and acquaintances are often very interesting.

How to find the stats:

For Android users: Open the WhatsApp app on your smartphone and tap the menu (the three dots) in the top right corner. Select the “Settings” option, then click on “Data Usage” and then on “Network Usage”. There you can read how many WhatsApp messages you have ever sent or received.

For iPhone users: In WhatsApp, tap “Settings” on the bottom bar. Now select “Data usage”. At the bottom you will find the option “Network Usage”; there you will find your personal usage data.

At the top of the statistics are the sent messages and below them the received messages. In addition to the message statistics, WhatsApp also shows details of the amount of data sent and received. If you are a very active user of WhatsApp and have never reset your smartphone to factory settings or cleared statistics, then there will be quite high numbers here.

Who do I text the most?

This question is also answered in the WhatsApp statistics of Android and iOS. Simply call it up under “Settings”, “Account” and then on “Storage usage”. There you can see exactly how many messages, contacts, locations, voice messages, GIFs, etc. you have shared with individual contacts and how much storage space they are using. As you can see from the screenshot below, TECHBOOK editor Andreas Filbig is clearly a fan of voice messages.

Dexter's Trinity Killer Could Get Its Own Series

Dexter’s Trinity Killer Could Get Its Own Series

A dive into the origins of the murderous psychopath played by John Lithgow in Season 4.

After New Blood, old Blood? The Paramount + platform – which is preparing to merge with the pay channel Showtime – intends to bet on its emblematic serial killer to attract new subscribers. In addition to the prequel Dexter: Originsabout the young years of the killer, another series centered on the famous Trinity Killer is also in development.

It would be another “origin story”, ie a series taking place in the past, years before the events of the original series, telling the youth of the character played by John Lithgow in season 4 of dexter. A chilling and striking role for which he also won an Emmy. He also had a little flashback in New Blood last year.

It’s not yet known exactly what the series would be about – which isn’t as advanced as Dexter: Origins – but we’re guessing it’ll take us back to the 1960s, to find out how Arthur Mitchell became the Trinity Slayerwho will accumulate almost 300 victims throughout America, to finish his macabre work with Rita…

How to enable/disable ray tracing in Hogwarts Legacy

How to enable/disable ray tracing in Hogwarts Legacy

Like every other AAA release in recent years, Hogwarts Legacy supports ray tracing or RTX for compatible graphics cards. PC players can take advantage of this AI technology, which greatly improves reflections, shadows, and lighting effects in the gaming environment, providing players with a more immersive gaming experience. While this setting improves the game’s graphical fidelity, it comes at the cost of performance and is therefore only suitable for mid-range GPUs.

How to enable or disable ray tracing in Hogwarts Legacy

Image Pro Game Guides

If you want to change the ray tracing settings for Hogwarts Legacy, you can do so in Settings menu. While playing, press Esc and then click the green tab at the bottom right corner of the pause screen to open the settings. From there go to Graphics Optionswhich should be the third option and marked with a yellow circle in the image above.

Now scroll down to the very bottom of the list where you will find the following ray tracing related settings:

  • Ray tracing reflection: enable or disable
  • Ray tracing shadows: enable or disable
  • Ray Tracing Ambient Occlusion: enable or disable
  • Ray tracing quality: Select Low, Medium, High and Ultra

Connected: PC performance issues in old Hogwarts – how to fix

After changing any of these options, you must click on Apply settings And restart the game for the changes to take effect. In our testing, we found that Ray Tracing Reflection and Ray Tracing Shadows make a huge difference in graphical improvements, but the performance hit is also quite significant. For testing use Run test option right above the ray tracing settings.

If you have a mid-range GPU and really want to try ray tracing, we recommend setting Global Quality Preset and other graphics settings. Also, be sure to use an upscaler such as NVIDIA DLSS or AMD FSR 2 depending on your GPU. This setting can be found in Display Options > Zoom Type.

Stay tuned to the Pro Game Guides to learn more about the Hogwarts Legacy. In the meantime, read our article on how to get Maxim’s potion in Hogwarts Legacy.

Genshin Impact: Lisa’s guide to the best team lineups

In Genshin Impact there is a huge list of characters with different roles. Each character has a unique purpose and suits many different teams, with some characters doing the main damage and others supporting them from the rear. As an Electro DMG character, Lisa is here to deal a shocking amount of damage. Electro, once considered the weaker element in the game, has received a second wind thanks to the Dendro element. Together, these two elements work well together, generating massive amounts of damage through the Haste and Aggravate reactions. Here is our guide Genshin Impact according to the best compositions of the Lisa team.

Lisa is a 4-star Catalyst character given free to all players at the start of the game. Unlike most 4-star characters, Lisa is not available on character wish event banners. You can only pull Lisa on the standard banner, which makes it really hard to get extra copies of Lisa. However, Lisa is considered weaker than most 5 star characters, but we can unlock Lisa’s true potential with a better team for her.

Genshin Impact: Lisa’s best team

Lisa is an Electro DMG dealer. Thanks to the introduction of Dendro in version 3.0, the Dendro characters became Lisa’s best teammates. When you take the Electro element and mix it with the Dendro element, you will get an Aggravate reaction. As a result, we will pair Lisa with Dendro units to make sure Lisa does the most damage possible.

  • Lisa / Nahida / Traveler / Kuki Shinobu: Nahida and Traveler are working together here to provide many Dendro applications. After that, Lisa can use her Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst to deal tons of damage. This is a solid lineup for Lisa where both she and Nahida will deal significant damage. Cookie Shinobu exists in this team to provide some sustain and additional electro application.
  • Lisa/Nahida/Xingqiu/Yelan: Lisa also works well on Hyperbloom teams. In this team, Hydro will be mixed with Dendro to create Bloom cores. When you infuse these Bloom Cores with the Electro reaction, you will gain Hyperbloom, which increases the speed and power of the Bloom Cores. Lisa’s Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst provide enough Electro application to infuse all the Bloom cores you get from Nahida, Xingqiu and Yelan. For more survivability, you can exclude Shinqiu or Yelan for Barbara or Sangonomy Kokomi.

Check the official status page

The best way to check if PlayStation Network is down is to visit the official PlayStation Network server status page. This displays the status of all PlayStation Network services, including account management, games and social networks, PlayStation Now, PlayStation Video, PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct. If there is a problem with any of these services, it will show up here.

If you notice that the PlayStation Network is having problems and the server status page is not showing them, this may mean a more serious problem. Check social media platforms to see if other users are experiencing issues. If that’s the case, there’s a good chance Sony won’t be able to update the server status page to keep users informed.

Forspoken: How to defeat Susurrus

Forspoken: How to defeat Susurrus

Forspoken-Susurrus
Forspoken – Susurrus © Square Enix

The final boss in Forspoken, Susurrus, is said to be an ancient demon quite confident of victory. Here’s how to defeat him.

After discovering the truth about the tantas’ past and the story behind the ancient demon Susurrus, Frey is ready to defeat this monster once and for all. Long ago, when the tantas were at war with the rheddig, the latter unleashed a monster kept hidden in the deepest part of the labyrinths to destroy the four rulers, causing the breach. The tantas used their powers to bind Susurrus, sacrificing their sanity in the process.

Many years later, Susurrus manipulated Frey’s feelings and convinced her to kill the tantas so he could regain his powers. Unfortunately, everything went according to plan and the old demon attacked Cipal. It is now up to Frey to defeat Susurrus and free Athia from his twisted beliefs.

How to defeat Susurrus in Forspoken

As with most bosses in Forspoken, defeating Susurrus involves going through all three phases.

stage 1

The first phase is the simplest of all three. Here Frey rides the dragon she encountered in the first chapter of Forspoken, revealed to be her mother, Tanta Cinta.

Susurrus unleashes hundreds of birds that deal damage and attack Frey and Cinta. To defeat them, you must use the Dragon’s Fire Breath. At random points in the fight, Susurrus appears in his spherical form. You attack him with fire until his life points are depleted.

You shouldn’t use up too many life points, because you need them in the second phase.

stage 2

In the second phase, Frey is completely on her own, but a tremendous advantage she possesses is the ability to leap mid-fight and unleash her tantas powers in Forspoken. The second and third stages of Susurrus rely heavily on dodging or parkour, as most of his attacks are deadly.

Initially, he appears in his spherical form in the center of the arena and Frey can deal some damage. A powerful attack he can use is when numerous circles begin to glow in front of him, indicating the number of laser beams he is unleashing. You should dodge immediately.

In addition, a golden bird flies towards Frey at incredible speed, trapping her and restricting her movement for a few seconds. This is a huge disadvantage, so if you see the bird, try to dodge it with parkour.

After dealing some damage, Susurrus disappears, summoning a horde of various enemies to attack Frey. To make it easier, one should keep using Olas’ magic, because all enemies are vulnerable to Tanta of Wisdom’s magic, and this allows Frey to gain more points. Some hordes of enemies will drop health once defeated, so be sure to collect them.

Around mid-life, Cuff’s spherical shape splits into three parts. Two of them are on either side of the arena, while the third can be found on the roof of the building. You have to keep attacking the balls until they disappear while dodging the attacks.

To reach the orb on the roof, cast on one of the glowing rocks using the Storm spell in Forspoken. Also, it can protect Frey from some deadly attacks when she is on the roof of the building.

Once his HP is critically low, Susurrus takes on a more humanoid form with six wings and golden skin.

To save Cipal from further damage, Frey teleports the two to another dimension for the final battle.

stage 3

The last phase is probably the most difficult so far. One crucial detail to know is that once Frey deals significant damage to his life bar, Susurrus goes through four stages as he switches spell types. This means that switching between spells is essential to attacking Cuff with his weakness.

There are a few attacks that repeat throughout the four phases that must be dodged with Parkour:

  • When Cuff raises his hand in the air and slams it on the ground, he deals AoE damage.
  • When he gathers some power to unleash multiple orbs of light.
  • When his whole body glows and then transforms into a moving sphere to attack players.
  • When a giant white circle appears and Cuff emits a laser beam.
  • When Susurrus rises into the air and then slams his body down on the ground, dealing massive AoE damage.
  • When he glows and curls up to unleash a dangerous shockwave.

stage 1

At first, Susurrus attacks normally, then suddenly he waves his hand in the air and starts glowing red. In order to damage him, one should use Sila’s magic, since he is vulnerable to it in this phase.

It should be avoided using Crucible from Silas Spell Tree as it reduces vision and makes it difficult to see Cuff’s location.

stage 2

When he’s lost a large chunk of his health, a small cutscene will begin, at the end of which Susurrus will glow blue and change his spell type.

Now need to use Tanta Prav’s spells to deal damage. Cuff moves to the end of the arena and floats up for a while, giving him a chance to attack.

When he returns to the ground, try using the Oubliette spell in Forspoken to trap Cuff and continuously damage him. Most of his attacks are the same as before, so dodge them as usual.

stage 3

After dealing significant damage, Susurrus switches to Olas’ type. With the magic of the aunt of wisdom you do a lot of damage. At the beginning of the phase, Cuff will unleash several tornadoes that are evasable but will still pull Frey towards him. Therefore, it is important to attack the ancient demon and dodge him with the help of parkour.

One of the most dangerous attacks is when Cuff throws six golden birds on the ground, which split into hundreds of birds. To dodge this attack, one should use Charge.

stage 4

When HP is less than half, the demon switches to Frey’s type, making it vulnerable to Frey’s magic. You attack him as usual and dodge all attacks.

The moment Cuff talks about showing Frey something special and then dives into an orb, immediately use Charge to circle the arena so you don’t take damage. The special attack leaves Susurrus in a vulnerable state for a while, giving an opportunity to end the fight quickly.

With the help of the previous tantas, Frey captures the last essence of Cuff and holds it within himself. After the fight you get an incredible amount of XP and an epilogue.
